FUTURE OF LIVE MUSIC IN IRVINE

We are embarking on an ambitious project that will bring Live Music back to the City of Irvine: the establishment of a new amphitheater!

GREAT PARK LIVE - Temporary

This summer, we will open a temporary venue, called “Great Park Live,” at the Great Park! This venue will serve as the summer home for the Pacific Symphony and host other live entertainment acts for the summer concert seasons in 2024, 2025, and 2026. GREAT PARK AMPHITHEATER - Permanent

We are also planning a permanent amphitheater, set to open in 2026! This venue will be a key component of the Great Park Framework Plan and will accommodate up to 10,000 people. It will not only host concerts but also serve as a venue for graduations, fundraisers, community events, and other rentals.

What makes these projects truly special is that they will be managed and operated by the city. We understand that with such a large-scale project, there may be concerns about noise, traffic, and other potential disruptions. Rest assured, we are committed to implementing comprehensive mitigation measures to minimize any potential impact on our residents. These measures will include strict noise control regulations, efficient traffic management plans, and other necessary precautions to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents.
